*Quite a few students still have bonus point certificates in the office left over from parent involvement night back in the fall. Check your email for your name on that list and come to Mrs. Vezertzis desk today to pick up your certificate.

*Congratulations to the wrestling team for their wins last night in Cherokee County. They beat Cherokee County 78 to 6 and Harrelson County 60 to 24.

*The last day to order a calendar girl calendar is Friday Nov. 19th - see Mrs. Barnes if you would like to order one. The cost is 30.00

*The Fall Blood Drive with Blood Assurance will be held on Fri. Dec. 10th. Check your email for the link to schedule an appointment. Everyone age 16 and older may be able to donate. Students who are 16 should pick up a consent form outside Room 116.

*The ACT will be given at Fort Payne High School on Sat. Dec. 11th. You may register until Nov. 19th on . Late fees may apply. See the counselors if you need a fee waiver.

*Toys for Tots program has started and we ask that you all bring in unwrapped toys for children in struggling families. The class or club that brings in the most toys will receive a pizza party. We hope you will all participate.

*The new PowerSchool Mobile app is now ready for students to use. This is a really good way to keep up with your grades and attendance, so look for the instructions in your email and get that on your phone so you can use it. There is also an app for Schoology so you can easily check your assignments there.

 *2022 Yearbooks are now on sale. Cost $45, if you order before Dec. 31st, the price increases to $55 Jan. 1st - March 31st. No extra books will be ordered. Order online at  - click yearbook at top of page, click BUY YOUR YEARBOOK, type FORT PAYNE HIGH SCHOOL in search box that appears, follow the steps to order. See Mrs. Freeman for more information.

 *Prom is on April 9th, 2022 at 7:00pm at Little River Canyon Center. Tickets are $55 until Dec. 17th. See Ms. Williams in the Culinary Lab to purchase tickets. After Dec. 17th tickets will go up to $75 until March 1st. After March 1st tickets will be $100.

 *Reminder Students, you must come to the office to check in or check out. If you are late, you must check into the office, Do not just go to class. Also, Do not leave campus without signing out in the office, if you have a parent note to check out.

*There will be a $1 charge for replacing lunch cards.

*Students, If you need a mask come to the office. Please make sure you use the hand sanitizer in the Hallways frequently.

*Afternoon bells:  1st bell for bus riders ONLY.  2nd bell for car riders & car drivers.

*All attendance notes need to be turned in to the office first thing in the morning. If you have been absent, you must bring your note to the front office or email notes to Mrs. Vezertzis at  Check out notes must be turned into the front office by 10:00am. After 10:00am they will not be accepted. There are students who have already used up their 3rd nine weeks parent notes. You are allowed 3 parent notes per 9 weeks. You will receive a zero for any grade taken during an unexcused absence.
