May 11- Senior Awards Night 6:00 Wildcat Gymnasium
May 18- Class Night 7:00 Wildcat Stadium
May 20- Graduation 7:00 Wildcat Stadium
May 21- Alternate Graduation 7:00 Wildcat Stadium
**Mrs. Everett needs a copy of the Salutatorian and Valedictorian speech to put in the graduation script.
**Mrs. Owens needs you to pay and/or pick up your cap and gowns if you have not done so already.
**Mr. Black still needs Google slides from approximately 100 seniors.

Friday, April 16
If you want to purchase a senior video, the link to purchase is on the Senior Google Classroom under Classwork tab. Tomorrow, April 16 is the deadline to pre-order your video.
Your senior activity list for the yearbook is due tomorrow, April 16. Check your senior Google classroom or your email for the link to submit your list.
If you would like to submit a class song to perform at class night and/or graduation, please submit to Mrs. Goggans by tomorrow, April 16.
Friday, April 23rd
Complete your Senior Commitment Form on Google Classroom under the Classwork tab NO LATER THAN THIS DATE. You can do it before because you may edit this if info changes. This is the way we know so much vital senior info about you! If you want to be recognized at Awards night, this is a MUST! Please report anything you have been offered AND in the separate question, what you plan to ACCEPT. We will only be recognizing what you are accepting at awards night.
Friday, April 23rd
Awards Day (regular class awards for this year) to be filmed and then broadcast at a later date. Please dress appropriately. We are contacting students who will be recognized. You will be called to Mr. Black’s studio sometime during the day.
Wednesday, May 5, 2021 is the Senior Group Cap & Gown picture- 9:30- Wildcat stadium
- Pay for and pick up your cap, gown, and tassel (you will need it for the May 5th picture)
- Pay for and pick up your cords, stoles and medallions from your club sponsors
Wednesday, May 5th- Outstanding Seniors and Academic Top 10 Pictures will also be taken, after the group cap and gown photograph
Tuesday, May 11 at 10 am in the gym. Pictures will begin at 9:00 in the gym, and line-up will be afterwards. There will be a sheet of paper with highlighted names outside the guidance office (Mrs. V’s door) with your name highlighted if you are to attend this induction ceremony. Please come check to see if your name should be highlighted. Ms. McClain has also sent a Remind message to double check membership status and if you purchased a stole. Dress code: Business Casual. Ladies must wear a dress or dress pants and nice tops that meet school dress code. Gentlemen should be wearing dress pants and collared shirts. Ladies, you will be walking across the gym floor to be recognized so please consider this when choosing your shoes for this event. See Ms. McClain if you need proper attire. All parents may attend this event.

In order to see if you need to attend, there will be a one sheet paper with highlighted names posted outside the guidance office (Mrs. Varnadore’s door) If you see your name highlighted, you will know that you will need to attend senior awards night. Please come check to see if your name should be highlighted!. Dress code: business casual. Ladies must wear a dress or dress pants and nice tops that meet school dress code. Gentlemen should be wearing dress pants and collared shirts. Ladies, you will be walking across the gym floor to be recognized so please consider this when choosing your shoes for this event. Please see Mrs. Varnadore if you need proper attire. All parents may attend this event.

Thursday, May13th & Friday, May 14th- Seniors- Final Exams and Chromebook Turn-In (library)
After you take exams, you will turn in your Chromebook to the library. Before you do, go to the TRANSCRIPT REQUEST tab in Google Classroom to follow instructions on how to get your FINAL transcript sent through Parchment to where it needs to go. Please do this the last week you are here at school or no later than the week of graduation. Even if you have been accepted, colleges need your FINAL transcript. If you took dual enrollment courses at Northeast, you will need to order a transcript to be sent to Northeast as well so that they will release your college transcript from there to where you are going. They won’t release it until they get your final high school transcript.
Tuesday, May 18 at 8:15 a.m. Senior Walk is at Wills Valley Elementary. Come to Wills Valley in your cap and gown dressed! Be there at 8:00 as the walk will begin promptly at 8:15.
Tuesday, May 18 at 7:00 pm at the stadium Class Night
Dress Code: Dress Nicely/Business Casual. Must meet school dress code. Practice will be that morning at 9:00 am-11:00 am at the stadium.
Wednesday, May 19th at 9am on the football field Graduation Practice- MANDATORY
Thursday, May 20th at 7pm (Rainout date is Friday, May 21st)
Graduation on the football field. Students meet in the lunchroom at 6pm.
Dress Code- Sunday attire. Ladies, your dress should not be longer than your gown. When choosing your shoes, please remember that you will be walking on the football field for a considerable distance. Dark shoes look best with the gown. Choose wisely. Gentlemen, dark pants and dark shoes are preferred. Please wear a collared shirt. White with a tie looks very nice under the gown. If you need help with appropriate attire, please come see Ms. Kirby or Mrs. Varnadore.
