  • Damaged Devices

    Steps for Reporting Damaged Devices

    1. Parent or student reports damage as follows:
      1. WVES and WAES – parent reports damage to homeroom teacher.
      2. FPMS 5th and 6th grade – parent reports damage to homeroom teacher.
      3. FPMS 7th and 8th grade – parent or student reports damage to 5th period teacher.
      4. FPHS – student or parent submits a trouble ticket from a functioning device or reports damage to homeroom teacher.
    2. Teacher submits a trouble ticket for the damage.  (Teacher, please include contact name and phone number in the ticket details.)
    3. Tech department will contact the parent (or FPHS student) and arrange a time to drop off the device at the FPHS library.

    Who do I contact? 

    See below if you are having trouble completing your eDay assingments. 

    1. Contact your child's teacher for assistance. 
      • FPHS- Students can send teachers a message through email, Blackboard, or Google Classroom to ask for assistance.
      • FPMS students- Students can send your teachers a message through Google Classroom to ask for assistance. 
      • WAES- Parents can contact their child's teacher through email, Remind, or Class Dojo (specific to teacher). 
      • WVES- Parents can contact their child's teacher through email or Remind.
